After obtaining a finance pre approval with us, Sydney based Sara bought an investment property in 2025 through Sound Property data services. They recommended the suburb and the property. She either accepted or rejected each suggestion. She ultimately purchased in inner Brisbane for $1.1m in June last year. Although early days, this property (established house, 10km from Brisbane) was recent revalued at $1.2m, turning her initial equity of $250k into $350k (approximately) in 12 months.
